Bistrô do Sabor is a culinary haven nestled within the heart of Univali. An extension of the esteemed Gastronomy course it also serves as a laboratory, where students embark on a journey of culinary excellence in a real-world environment. From kitchen to table, the staff comprises current and graduated students, ensuring each visit is a harmonious blend of education and gastronomic delight.
In collaboration with Univali Produções, I had the privilege of curating Bistrô do Sabor’s narrative beyond the university walls, producing a range of different video content for their social media platforms.

Uma extensão do conceituado curso de Gastronomia, ele também funciona como um laboratório, onde os acadêmicos embarcam em uma viagem de excelência culinária em um ambiente profissional. Da cozinha à mesa, a equipe do Bistrô é formada por acadêmicos e graduandos, garantindo que cada visita seja uma mistura harmoniosa de educação e deleite gastronômico.
Em colaboração com a Univali Produções, tive o privilégio de ajudar a construir a narrativa do Bistrô para fora dos muros da universidade, produzindo diversos conteúdos em vídeo para suas redes sociais.
